Welcome to Cub Scouts Pack 80 (Haynes)
Welcome to Cub Scouts Pack 80. Our Cub Scout pack is affiliated with Josiah Haynes School. Our monthly pack meetings are held at Memorial Congregational Church . We welcome all boys between the ages of 6 and 11. If you have a son who is in the first through fifth grade, and is interested in finding out more about Cub Scouts, we would love to talk with you. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any questions! We look forward to hearing from you!
Note From the Cubmaster
Our first Egg Drop was held on Saturday, Nov. 16th. The day was beautiful and the boys all had fun designing and building their entries. All that good engineering made it hard to narrow the field! In the end, however, we did have a winner. Thanks to all of the volunteers who made this such a great event. Thanks also to Bob Haarde who helped us secure the space at Town Hall. Thank you also to everyone who helped out at the MCC fall cleanup on Nov. 23rd.
Youth Villages Holiday Heroes ProgramWe have participated in this program for the last several years, and they are so grateful for the holiday gifts that we contribute for children who otherwise wouldn't have much to look forward to during the holidays. Suzie Kornblum still has gift tags available for pick up at her house, but do so soon to give yourself time to shop! Tags are on her door, along with a signup sheet for you to write your name next to the gift you will be buying. Gifts should be brought (unwrapped) to the Pack Meeting on Monday night, December 9th.
